Consider merging https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/blink/+/fcd17ed602fb70436259e4e1b17d02fe43781e6b
if it's applicable to WebKit.

For video element, if the ObjectFitPosition flag is not enabled, we use ObjectFitContain by default.
