I have experienced this several times with Safari 6.1 and recent nightly builds (currently 8537.71, 538+).
After scrolling down with mouse gestures with natural scrolling direction to the bottom of the page reach to the right for the vertical scrollbar and try to scroll up.
Instead it's not moving or scrolling to bottom (seems lika after half of the page the scrolling is inverted).
