Summary: [CSS Shapes] Investigate whether pre-allocating
capacity for shapes strings increases performance
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Unspecified
        OS/Version: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: CSS
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: betravis at adobe.com
            Blocks: 124173

Some of the CSSBasicShapes pre-allocate when creating strings for css text. It creates a bit of code clutter, so we should find out whether or not it actually helps performance.
