The CSS hack

    html {
        -webkit-animation: issueSelector infinite 1s;
    }
    @-webkit-keyframes issueSelector {
        0% {
            display: block;
        }
        100% {
            display: block;
        }
    }

cases Android filckers, since it enables GPU acceleration by repainting html.
