I've enabled these features on Windows buts for some reason the tests fail in a fashion that makes me think ORWT doesn't realize that they're enabled.

When I run the tests manually in Visual Studio they pass, but when I run them via the run-webkit-tests script they do not.
Skipping tests for now.
