iframe that loads site with svg content and animation

loading content with heavy svg use and animation with HW accelerated layers in an iframe has considerably worse performance.

when using the debug tools I can see that it is painting the full screen much more frequently versus when i load it outside of an iframe it does not have this problem and runs much more smoothly.
