The following layout test is flaky on all chromium platforms

fast/layers/no-clipping-overflow-hidden-added-after-transform.html
fast/layers/no-clipping-overflow-hidden-hardware-acceleration.html
fast/layers/no-clipping-overflow-hidden-added-after-transition.html

Probable cause: Layout tests trying to hit animation frames

The clipping is correct, but the rotation is at different parts.  I can't reproduce locally and do not understand why.
