screenshot comparing some content rendered in QtWebkit, as compared with Safari

g'day,

i'm incorporating qtwebkit into a software project, and am having issues with it not rendering <button> or <select> elements correctly.

attached is a screenshot comparing the rendering of my qtwebkit program with the same content displayed in safari. the button appears normal, but if you click on it, the button disappears leaving only the text. if the window loses focus, then the button is restored.

i am using a retina display macbook, and the problem does not occur under windows.

i am using Qt 5.0.1, which uses webkit version 537.21
