Test case

So far only tested Chromium and under Windows XP.

Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached Test case.
2. Do as shown in this screen capture

Regression Window:
FAIL:
Chromium    27.0.1418.0 (Developer Build 183371) 
WebKit    537.32 (@143340)

OK:
Chromium    27.0.1418.0 (Developer Build 183338) 
WebKit    537.32 (@143310)


Since i couldn't find a reasonable candidate in the chromium changelog
