WebFrame and FrameLoader currently do not support the reloading of a page with extra headers on the reload. Support for extra headers on reload would be useful for browsers to assert new preferences to an origin or proxy, if the original load was somehow unsatisfactory. For example, such a preference could tell a transcoding proxy to transcode less aggressively.
