cf https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=111348#c8 ... we seem to fail the system deps check in layout test helper. should probably fix that :). 

Presumably as part of the "common theme and text rendering" work I'm working on, we can probably clean this up.

Scott, if you try to run run-webkit-tests with --nocheck-sys-deps, what else falls over?
