WebKit browser is not remembering the open tabs, despite the setting "Safari opens with: All windows from last session". After WebKit is closed and re-opened, the only open tab is this page: http://nightly.webkit.org/start/trunk/144573

This might be the same problem described here: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=106566

Set to "major" since this harms basic browser functionality and makes WebKit a pain to use.
