EFL WK2 doesn't include platform/graphics/filters/texmap/ -- maybe adding a new path to PlatformEFL.cmake (or CMakeLists.txt conditional on texture mapper/coordinated graphics), though this patch changes WebCustomFilterProgramProxy.h to use the forwarding header.

If I should instead add the path to the build then I can submit a new patch that does that.
