Currently mhtml files present in local filesystem are not loaded and rendered, 
Instead its get downloaded.

Currently the mime-type used for EFl is message/rfc822 not "application/x-mimearchive"
and  message/rfc822 is not in the list of mimetype that can be displayed.

http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/150418 is a bit related to this.
