On a Facebook timeline, if you attempt to add a photo either by clicking the "+" or dragging and dropping, the image will not be uploaded.
Clicking the plus does not open the Browse sheet.
Dragging and Dropping, even to the correct place, just navigates to the image (the webpage does not accept the image).

This works as expected in Safari, but not in r151620 and the previous revision (only two revisions tested, maybe more).

This appears to be site specific to Facebook, as I can both browse for files, and drag+ drop to upload on http://www.sharenator.com (specifically http://members.sharenator.com/submit was used to upload - requires user account.)
