I've two questions regarding this patch:

1) Shall I maintain the deprecated/unofficial GstSurfaceMeta/GstSurfaceConvert API?

If we remove it, the code will be simpler and more easy to read.

2) Should I add the support got GstCapsFeatures?

I guess we could do this after this patch get landed.
