If you have an input element that's initially hidden, it doesn't get the focus even if it comes visible upon a click event when the user clicks on an associated label element.

Merging https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/blink/+/6435f70d53403b250e261a914f30d55142f81476 fixes this bug.
