The scroll position of the nested interaction view should be updated when computing scroll delta of FCC driven-scroll. Since we are only interested in the scroll position changes triggered by injected key events, SelectionHandler::caretPositionChanged() is the right place to pass scroll position for updating scroll position of the focused interaction view.
