The VideoCore IV is a Broadcom GPU providing OpenGL ES 1.1, OpenGL ES 2.0, hardware-accelerated OpenVG 1.1, Open EGL, OpenMAX and 1080p30 H.264 high-profile decode. It is contained in the Raspberry Pi, small embedded device. For More detailed information, http://elinux.org/RPi_VideoCore_APIs
Though WebKitGTK+ already supports ELG and OpenGLES for hardware acceleration but the device requires more touches for some reasons.
