This is part of the transition of putting the EFL API entirely on top of the WK C API + a few EFL extensions (WKView...).

Next steps:
- Add C API for more WebView methods.
- Move non-evas code from EwkView into WebView
- Move smart object related code from ewk_view into EwkView
- Clean ups...
