What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open http://demosthenes.info/blog/598/boxshadow-property-vs-dropshadow-filter-a-complete-comparison
2. Look at bubble
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Bubbles should look sharp. CSS-filtered bubbles are blurry instead. See screenshot.
(See also http://crbug.com/156019 but this happens in non-chromium browsers too)
