This crash is in a system component below WebKit. Can you please file a bug via <http://bugreport.apple.com>? Ideally, please attach you ~/Library/Cookies/Cookies.binarycookies file there, because that would make fixing this issue feasible. However, please consider privacy implications, as Apple engineers will be able to see your cookies, which some people may be uncomfortable with.

As a workaround, putting aside the ~/Library/Cookies/Cookies.binarycookies file and rebooting again should work.
