However, it appears that Windows is the only platform where autoscrolling is enabled, so I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to test this patch. Having spent the past two weeks attempting to set up a build environment, I do not look forward to chucking it out and starting all over again on Windows. Nevertheless, I think that's where I'm headed. :(
Isn't this the same code that runs when you drag-select outside of the window on OS X?
