All classes using SVGAnimatedTypeAnimator::calculateAnimatedValue() have special code to handle invalid from/to/toAtEnd values. These should be refactored to a central location, so bugs like https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110704 don't occur.
