Currently, ScrollView doesn't pass correct virtual viewport, so this patch fixes it.
In detail, ScrollView::scrollContents() uses ScrollView::rectToCopyOnScroll() to
get virtual viewport, but rectToCopyOnScroll() assumed the location of its own
virtual viewport is always (0, 0).
