Screenshot demonstrating the problem.

With certain formatting, double-clicking an image or selecting a full line of text can cause a "blue bar" to appear well under the selected area. This was reported against the latest Canary build of Chrome and I've verified it also occurs with a fresh build from a fresh checkout of the code.

Attached are a screenshot (after double-clicking the Google logo in the top-right) and a minimal test case.
