Sometime in the last two weeks or so a change was made to webkit-patch upload where it rewrites the ChangeLog entry even if a valid ChangeLog entry was already present. This is quite frustrating as it doesn't even save a copy of the ChangeLog entry it discards forcing you to start over with the description. Can we please revert to the previous behavior where existing entries where kept intact or at the very least have it ask before discarding an entry?

I just lost 30 minutes of work due to this bug :(
