Reproduction steps.
1. Open the attached Web archive in the nightly builds of WebKit (don't make the window too big)
2. Change the right most cq: to c+ or c- (observe that the entire bar moves upwards a little)
3. Click "Publish"

Expected result:
You can click "Publish"

Actual result:
You can't click it. It appears that you can click slightly above instead.

It appears that the hit testing info. is not getting updated when the popup menu shows up and the "review" bar moves vertically.
