Follow-up of bug 124841. mtd should have an inferred mrow so that its children can behave the same way: stretching, baseline alignment, operator spacing etc

See attachment 217794 for a testcase an attempt to make a RenderMathMLCell class derived from RenderTableCell that creates an anonymous RenderMathMLRow child.
