The problem seems to have been in the web server, Lighttpd 1.4.26. I don't know if it's a bug on their end or in Safari. It's strange that this is the first time this has been a problem and is only a problem in Safari.

The problem was resolved by updating Lighttpd, though. I attached some files to show how to reproduce.
