* This is not developed by me. But this is typical case.

[summary]
At the current, this testcase are rendered as following:

Gecko: very flashly.
Blink: correct-ish.
WebKit: same as Blink

However, in this testcase, Gecko's rendering is correct and other browser's rendering wrong for the spec, Matt Woodrow says: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=886232#c3

So I hope WebKit will be fixed as soon as possible.
