testcase

At the end of a word, a much smaller width is applied to a Hebrew base character + zero-width diacritic compared to the base character alone, but both should have the same width.

Demo: http://ophir.li/demo/heb/heb.php
Chrome 28/OS X: http://ophir.li/demo/heb/heb.php.gif (notice the behavior in the second row)
Firefox 23/OS X: http://ophir.li/demo/heb/heb.php.fx.gif

After a bit of testing, this does not seem to be a regression.
