If a minimized window exists, new requests to open links cause the window to be restored and a new tab created. This occurs even if there are other, unminimized windows open.

I would expect a minimized window to NEVER be automatically restored, even if it is the only open window.

This affects both the current stable release of safari Version 6.0.5 (8536.30.1) and the latest webkit nightly Version 6.0.5 (8536.30.1, 538+)
