Summary: Https (lock) element missing in address bar for
                    viewing security certificates
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh Intel
               URL: https://www.google.com
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.8
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: New Bugs
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: OftenTheWayfarerWaits at gmail.com

Visit any site using https (such as https://www.google.com), and no button appears in the address bar that allows the user to view the security certificates being used on that webpage.

Identical sites using latest Safari and other browsers all have security certificates able to be displayed.

While webpage is loading, the typical "https [image of lock]" object does appear in the address bar, but disappears after a page is loaded completely.

After a webpage completely loads, the address bar should keep this button there to access the important security information it offers about the current security certificates being used.

I don't know how far back this problem goes. I only noticed it just now.

Observed using WebKit r153570 on 8/4/2013 (Mountain Lion OS)
