In the end, it'd be nice to have all of these so that I can remove a lot of #ifndef USE_WEBKIT2 blocks from the code (or at least have #else sections for them).

We are trying to keep the API as simple as possible, so unless there's a real need for something we will not add more API, and unfortunately things like "it was available in WebKit1" or "it would be nice to have" are not enough.
