Remove AbstractChromiumEWS class and subclasses (and related unit tests).

Also fix broken unit test:

webkitpy.tool.commands.earlywarningsystem_unittest.EarlyWarningSystemTest.test_ewses

which had a misspelled class name and a non-conforming test entry point name.
