Testing locally I had the following results running fast/dom (almost 1000 tests):

With WKBundleSetDatabaseQuota: 23s.
Without WKBundleSetDatabaseQuota: 9m7s.

Ubuntu 11.10 / 8-core Core i7 / 16GB / QtWebKit Release 64bits.
