How about using HTMLInputElement::isSteppable() and HTMLInputElement::createStepRange()?
If we use them, we can write
if (input->isSteppable()) {
const StepRange stepRange = input->createStepRange();
info.min = stepRange.minimum();
info.max = stepRange.maximum();
}
Note: HTMLInputElement::minimum() and maximum() call createStepRange().
