Now tracked as bug 93812.

So, this bug only tracks JSC::Bindings::Instance::createRuntimeObject crashes in these two tests now:

 - editing/pasteboard/paste-TIFF.html
 - platform/mac/editing/pasteboard/dataTransfer-set-data-file-url.html
