Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 6: OK
  Firefox 4.x: OK
       IE 7/8/9: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From the included URL mouse over the Size section in the left hand nav
2. Scroll the size panel from top to bottom

What is the expected result?
The panel should scroll/redraw the html appropriately

What happens instead?
The panel does not redraw portions of the html. Please see the attached image

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This issue occurs on Chrome/Mac OS only.
