Summary: Scrollbars don't show up when you start scrolling
                    inside an element
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh Intel
               URL: http://josephschmitt.net/bin/test.html
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.8
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Critical
          Priority: P2
         Component: CSS
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: joe at vimeo.com

If you have a trackpad on OX Mountain Lion and have the "Show scroll bars" system-wide setting set to "Automatic" or "When scrolling", the scrollbars will never show up when scrolling inside an element with overflow set to "auto" or "scroll". They are supposed to fade in when you start scrolling, and fade out shortly after. You can test it here as long as you only have a trackpad connected to your Mac: http://josephschmitt.net/bin/test.html
