This test flakiness may actually be due to a bug where PLATFORM(EFL)'s StackBounds implementation is not setting up a meaningful stack size/limit.  This will have to be tested and debugged on EFL after 100109 is fixed.  Unfortunately, I don't have the means to test on EFL.
