it looks like some of the software compositing bugs on this might be crashing in a way that is hanging the win (dbg)(2) bots, so I'm  going to skip the following tests on windows:

platform/chromium/virtual/threaded/compositing/webgl/webgl-no-alpha.html
platform/chromium/virtual/threaded/compositing/webgl/webgl-reflection.html
platform/chromium/virtual/threaded/compositing/webgl/webgl-background-color.html
platform/chromium/virtual/threaded/compositing/webgl/webgl-repaint.html
platform/chromium/virtual/threaded/compositing/visibility/visibility-simple-webgl-layer.html
platform/chromium/virtual/threaded/compositing/visibility/visibility-simple-canvas2d-layer.html

We think we might be triggering windows dialogs on that bot ...
