When rebaselining a pixel test using garden-o-matic, for a non-chromium port, we only write the render tree dump file.  If there's an existing png file, we should delete it rather than leaving it around to confuse someone who tries to run the pixel tests for that platform later.

Ojan says we would need to tell garden-o-matic which bots don't run pixel tests so we can differentiate between a TextOnlyFailure and not running pixel tests.
