Thanks Li for your review.

For the test, we truly need a test to verify the dynamic compression algorithm, but in my mind it may be not so simple to verify the result in the same way as what we do in ConvovlerNode test(compare the result with the output by a standard implementation in js), because we may expect the similar result but not the exactly same result. I`m not quite sure for this.
Chris, do you have any comments?
