Print is not working when scrolled down

Print is not working when scrolled down.

I have a page which can be print. To print all the content, making some changes to element CSS so that it will print all the content without scroll bars.

Please follow below steps to reproduce the problem
1. Please find the attached print.htm and open in Chrome/Safari
2. Scroll down to half
3. Take a print(Ctrl+P) or check "Print preview".
4. The scrolled area is not printing or showing in print preview.

OR
1. Please find the attached print.htm and open in Chrome/Safari
2. Scroll down and find "Set Print Class"
3. Click on "Set Print Class" button.
4. You fill found, the top part is clipped.
