Python error is not a root reason of build failure.

I filed another bug for this.

Missing find_checkout_root is another issue.
You can reproduce it by just executing following script.
$ ./Tools/Script/print-vse-failure-logs

This is a script to show build logs for Visual C++ 2005 Express.
Following Traceback is shown after build fails.
