The position fixed things on the Google+ photos page seem to have lots of repaint badness. If you scroll really fast you see the black bar and the grey bar under it and the photo management bar appear in wrong places in the page. Sometime you can see other visual corruption too.

I'm seeing this in Webkit nightly r134433.
