A scrollable layer on top of a blurred layer (-webkit-filter: blur() ) will cause the blurred background to bleed through.
Check the attached html and screenshot for an example.
If the visual artifacts are not immediately obvious, scroll the div a bit.
Build Date & Platform:
Nightly Build (3 Nov 2012) - Version 6.0.1 (8536.26.14, 537+)
Doesn't occur on Windows
