Screen shot for Did you know feature.

This is a feature request for showcasing inspector features in a more intuitive way. There are lots of features(existing/upcoming) in inspector which might go unnoticed and difficult to find. So the idea is to get those highlighted in more efficient way. 

Moreover "Did You know" feature can be extended in the form of "Dynamic Help" which will provide contextual help. 
For ex. if we are in sources panel with minified js file, we can prompt user with "Dynamic Help" by showing features of script panel like "Pretty Print {} ".

Moreover this is a useful feature in most of the prominent ide's also. 

The attached screenshot is just for illustration purposes.
